Usage
Should be substituted onto a user talk page.
{{subst:RfB-nom|nominator|nomination number}}
- nominator: username of the person offering the nomination.
- nomination number: should be omitted if it's the nominee's first nomination.
Please do not create the RFB page until the nominee has consented to the nomination.
