Usage
{{subst:Uw-disruptive2/sandbox}}{{subst:Uw-disruptive2/sandbox|article}}references a specific article{{subst:Uw-disruptive2/sandbox|article|additional text}}adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thanks" or "Thank you"
