Why is this template on National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and why is there a link to that page with the text "International Hurricane Research Center" when that text is nowhere to be found on the page?? —Zachary talk 07:07, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reorganization

It's desperately needed. I redid the template for it so the code is a little bit more organized and I'll be working on redoing the style for it as well. I will also probably be reorganizing it a little bit better since it just seems to be a mess of articles and links.
