@Paine Ellsworth: eye I have read the above message. I will reply when I have a moment. Warmest regards, — Godsy (TALKCONT) 06:11, 7 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Paine Ellsworth: I tried to make one in the traditional styled but failed to sort out the svg software. I like File:Symbol redirect blue.svg, but it clashes with the other user right icons. File:Outlaw-halo.PNG is really cool, but unrelated. File:Logo with flag.svg is probably the most formal, but I think we could get away with File:Wikignome.svg as fun and tangentially related. — Godsy (TALKCONT) 05:11, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The size of File:Logo with flag.svg seems to work better. The gnome one is a bit off in terms of size. In regard to no one else using it, we could advertise it at Wikipedia talk:New pages patrol/Reviewers/Redirect autopatrol or document it at Wikipedia:New pages patrol/Reviewers/Redirect autopatrol (the latter is probably the best bet for users to see it). — Godsy (TALKCONT) 05:16, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Also, a gentle reminder that size of topicons can be adjusted with the height and width parameters as seen by the template editor and redirect autopatrolled topicons on my user page. I'll leave them like that until I hear from you. Usually, the default size is good, however it's also good to be able to adjust if wanted.
