Improve example with sample name

In Help:Footnotes#WP:NAMEDREFS, it states:

Names should have semantic value, so that they can be more easily distinguished from each other by human editors who are looking at the wikitext. This means that ref names like "Nguyen 2010" are preferred to names like ":1".

Therefore, it would seem to make sense to provide a more specific example, and change the example from:

Multiple<ref name="multiple">Citation text3.</ref> citation<ref name="multiple" /> use.<ref name="multiple" />

To an example using "Nguyen 2010" or other desired text:

Multiple<ref name="Nguyen 2010">Citation text3.</ref> citation<ref name="Nguyen 2010" /> use.<ref name="Nguyen 2010" />
