I just added B3 to group 0.5 based on the classification used in the transfac database (see section 0.5.3 at the very bottom of the web page). I hope this classification is reasonable. If not, please let me know. Also thanks for adding information to WP about plant transcription factors. The template currently is heavily biased towards mammalian TFs. It is good to balance it out with some plant proteins.

Thanks. It seems very reasonable to put domains Ap2, B3 in one 0.5 group. As far as I know, transcription factor RAV1 contains both of them. Redeemer079 (talk) 18:57, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
