Career
Ryan first played hurling at club level with
Ryan first played for
1951 All-Ireland final.[3] Ryan also won a National League
title during his brief inter-county career.
Personal life and death
His brother,
Pat Ryan, also lined out for Tipperary.[5]
Ryan died after a period of ill health on 26 February 1996, at the age of 72.[6]
