On June 18, 1992 the
ARBiH
expelled 3,000 Serbs into Tinja and Smoluća. A siege commenced for 8 months, until a relief force was deployed to breakthrough the enclave.
Tobutski sokolovi was tasked with breaking through the side of the enclave.[3]
