UB City is a
UB Group in Joint Venture with Prestige Group,[3] it is built on 13 acres (53,000 m2) of land and hosts 1,000,000 sq ft (93,000 m2) of high-end commercial, retail and service apartment space.[4]

UB City has four towers.[6] UB City houses the offices of many corporates under one roof - UB Tower. It has an elevated roof top helipad which provides a five-minute aerial commute to the Kempegowda International Airport. UB City The Collection houses the most luxurious 'global' brands from many business houses across India including Reliance Group, Aditya Birla Group etc.
