I'm here with an interest in contributing to Wikipedia through collaboration. I'm interested in expanding Wikipedia content, looking for things that should be included in it but which haven't been, updating pages, and in providing objective input where it may be lacking at times. Outside of Wikipedia and an academic career I specialize in music research and writing on specific classic, hard rock, and heavy metal bands, with a sprinkling of other artists and even subject areas in between. Pink Floyd, and the David Gilmour era of Pink Floyd, in particular, are important subjects to me.
