Maria Petronella Gerarda "Marion" Koopmans (born Steyl, September 21, 1956) is a Dutch professor of virology. She is internationally recognized as an authority in the field of virus propagation research.[1]

Koopmans has been a member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Sciences since 2019.
