A regular guy from Christchurch, New Zealand interested in Wikipedia and other internet things. I primarily edit New Zealand-related articles and entries on places on the South Island (more precisely the Greater-Christchurch Area). I have significantly worked thru the articles listed here.

Metrosideros bartlettii	FA	NI	An incredibly rare tree endemic to the Northland Region of New Zealand. M. Bartlettii is sadly rapidly declining, with only 13 adult trees known to exist in the wild! My first FA, I enjoyed writing it.
Aoraki / Mount Cook National Park	GA	SI	Collaborated as part of the Wikipedia:WikiProject New Zealand/National parks with contributors Marshelec and Wainuiomartian. It's the first New Zealand national park GA.
Bulbinella rossii	GA	AI & CI	A subantarctic megaherb that is endemic to the Auckland and Campbell Islands. It has long strap-like leaves and golden-yellow flowers. The Bulbinella genus is a personal favorite too. Featured on the New Zealand five-dollar note!
Corynocarpus laevigatus	GA	SI & NI	An endemic evergreen tree, common thruout the North Island and less common in the South Island with the Banks Peninsula being its southernmost natrurally occuring population.
Foveaux Strait	GA	SI & ST	Collaborated with Marshelec. A significant geographical feature of the Southland Region and New Zealand. Hopefully one day someone will bring the Cook Strait article to GA.
Opawa	GA	SI	A suburb of Christchurch, New Zealand. Though I don't live in this suburb specifically, I'm always fascinated when I walk thru the suburb knowing its history and connection with the Englishmen.
Statue of Robert Falcon Scott, Christchurch	GA	SI	A statue honoring explorer Robert Falcon Scott. Sadly, Scott perished on his return journey from the South Pole in 1912. In response, locals decided to fund to build a statue of him in Central Christchurch.
Clutha River	B	SI	A river in Otago. It is is the second longest river in New Zealand and a vital resource for the hydroelectric power in (or on) the South Island.
History of Christchurch	B	SI	A history of Christchurch, New Zealand. The history section in the main Christchurch article was too long after a recent expansion by myself and others, hence we decided to create a separate article for it.
