- Note: I recently was informed that this page looks like crap in Firefox. Not sure why, as it works just fine in Safari, which is what I use. I may try to fix it at some point.

If you're unhappy with some admin-ish thing I've done...
...I'd recommend you drop me a line on my talk page.
Actually, I'd recommend you take a deep breath, make sure I actually did screw up (entirely possible), then drop me a line.
Please, do not email me about admin stuff; I try to keep everything on-wiki if at all possible. If I've blocked you, there's always {{unblock}}; I also keep all blocked user talk pages on my watchlist, and will check back on them a few hours after I've left my notice.
Also, I am open to administrator recall. To see my criteria for recall, read User:EVula/opining/admin recall.

- ODMpr (talk · contribs · deleted · filter log · SUL · Google) • (block · soft · promo · cause · bot · hard · spam · vandal) – Violation of the username policy as a promotional username. Username and edits, particularly at Greg Smith (Oregon politician), suggest some PR department editing on behalf of Oregon politicians. –Skywatcher68 (talk) 18:35, 17 April 2025 (UTC)
Not a blatant violation of the username policy. This seems like a stretch to me absent some clearly identifiable organization with the abbreviation "ODM". Thus far the account has shown willingness to discuss and collaborate, see User talk:Eric Schucht#Greg Smith - Oregon. An immediate block would be excessive here. Mz7 (talk) 23:32, 17 April 2025 (UTC)
- There is: the Oregon Office of Document Management, for one. Also, that discussion comes off as AI-generated; GPTZero puts the first three paragraphs at 100% AI. –Skywatcher68 (talk) 23:52, 17 April 2025 (UTC)
- I agree that the undisclosed use of generative AI is not a good look, but unfortunately I would still be opposed to a username block here. A Google search does not immediately verify the existence of an "Oregon Office of Document Management" for me, and even if it is a thing, the account's edits are far enough removed from such an organization that I don't see it as promotional for that organization, and I don't see enough evidence to block the account for straight promotional editing either.
