. This page outlines the process by which I may be recalled.
This process cannot be run multiple times simultaneously.
- A petition on my talk page must be signed by five editors in good standing who agree that I should resign my position as an administrator.
- "Good standing" is defined as follows:
- At least five months' tenure on the English Wikipedia with at least 1000 edits.
- No blocksin the last three months. Blocks later overturned, blocks by me and blocks to test the system (or something else that is not aimed at preventing damage to the encyclopedia) do not count.
- The editor has not been subject to sanctions by the Wikipedia Community, Jimbo Wales or the Wikimedia Foundationin the last six months.
- I must be satisfied that the editor is acting in good faith, and not simply to further some dispute.
- In order to prevent vexatious litigation, any one editor meeting the above requirements can only endorse one petition under this system.
- "Good standing" is defined as follows:
- If the petition reaches the requirements outlined above, a request for commenton my actions will be filed.
- This RfAagain and one saying I should not. If twice as many editors endorse the latter than the former the process is nullified.
- The RfCwill be allowed to continue for a reasonable length of time in order to allow consensus to form.
