I am a writer living in San Diego. I have a significant background in medical research, neurosciences and philosophy. Hence you may find my name attached to articles on people who I think have been significant contributors to these areas over the last three or four decades. I am still quite interested in certain areas of science, including neurosciences, evolutionary biology, and chaos theory.

I have traveled widely and spent considerable time in China, Sri Lanka and Central America. I also write fiction and am currently finishing a second novel.

My approach to articles on Wikipedia is as a researcher/reporter who is trying to find out as much as possible about a subject so that that information can be made useful in other people's searches and dialogues. At the same time, I like a forum where others who have more or better information can also contribute.
