Overall great work on this page! Appreciated your indepth additions to the introduction, and diagnosis sections. The only suggestion I might make is that in the introduction, I would flip Paragraphs #2 and #3 so that you first talk about the global prevalence and then follow with the treatment options. Other than this I think it all looks great!
