I am Katherine Griffis-Greenberg, a doctoral student in Egyptology at Oxford University. My purpose on Wikipedia is, when asked, to review and edit Wikipedia articles on ancient Egypt for clarity, use or misuse of scholarly information, and to provide a proper bibliography for such revisions where necessary.

Outside of Wikipedia, I act as moderator for three Egyptology related discussion lists, am a contributor to more than 7 Egyptology and ANE related lists, including 2 professional Egyptology discussion lists. Offline, I am a member of the International Association of Egyptologists, BANEA, ARCE, ASOR and SSEA.
