Hello, and welcome to my user page! I'm Lotsw73, and I first joined Wikipedia on 15 October 2023.

From 2019 to 2020, I edited for a brief time under an assumed IP address. I didn't edit again until 29 August 2023, when I again began editing under an IP address. I continued to make edits in this manner until I decided to create my own account, which I am very grateful for doing so. I have so far enjoyed my time on Wikipedia, and I am glad that I have started editing again after my years in the wilderness.

Initially, I edited articles relating to classic British sitcoms, of which I have a keen interest. This interest goes a long way into explaining my choice for a username: one of my favourite programmes is Last of the Summer Wine, and it started in 1973. However, lately I have been branching out and editing numerous articles relating to both British and Australian television in general.

The topics that I most like to make edits to include: film, television and radio; actors and actresses; and fictional characters. I am also interested in improving stub articles.

My current goal is to help repromote Dad's Army to good article status.
