Purpose

When to use:

This template is intended to be used as an invitation to users to contribute to the X2 translation evaluation project by identifying the quality of articles on English Wikipedia that were translated from another language using the

machine translation. Articles which are the result of a rough manual or a machine translation, and which subsequently underwent significant cleanup so that the level of English is now similar to other, never-translated articles, may obscure the fact that factual errors introduced by the translation are still there. The only way to determine the quality of a translated article, is for a person with dual language skills to evaluate it. Such speakers may be found by checking WikiProjects, the list of Translators available by language, and Categories of language speakers, such as Wikipedians by language or Available translators in Wikipedia

Parameters

1: (optional) name of language
article1: (optional) Title of article one. If present, a list of sample articles is generated
article[2-5]: (optional) Title of article 2, ... 5, for the list of sample articles.
link (optional) Values: yes or no (default=no).
If link = 'yes', then the
WP:CXT/PTR
containing the full article list will be added to the invitation.
