JUNO HEALTHCARE STAFFING SYSTEM, INC.

Milestones

JUNO Healthcare started with three employees in Pennsylvania in 2001. Within 7 years, JUNO Healthcare Staffing System, Inc. has grown into one of the biggest Filipino-owned healthcare staffing agencies in the US with approximately 400 employees and with offices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Los Angeles - CA, San Diego - CA, Arizona and JUNO Call Center Philippines.

It was in July 2001 when JUNO's corporate office was relocated from Pennsylvania to New York. During that time, key line positions were recruited and staffed, corporate advertising campaign was conceptualized, contracts with about a dozen healthcare facilities in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York were established, and Filipino nurses recruited from the Philippines, London and the Middle East were deployed in the US. JUNO's aggressive recruitment and marketing campaign, boosted by the shortage of nurses in the US, propelled JUNO to become a trailblazer in the healthcare recruitment and placement industry even during its first year of operations.

In February 2002, JUNO-New Jersey opened for business. Initially intended to provide quality manpower to industrial firms, corporate businesses, warehouses, healthcare facilities, and even private families, JUNO-New Jersey eventually focused its business on the healthcare staffing industry. JUNO posted a remarkable 100% revenue growth for its fiscal year.

In 2003, JUNO posted a 234% revenue growth in 2003 and moved to a bigger office. It has posted a remarkable 111% growth in nurse recruitment, making it one of the fastest growing healthcare staffing agencies serving the Tri-State area and Pennsylvania. After hearing of how JUNO looks after its healthcare professionals in the most professional and ethical manner, many nurses have moved to JUNO Healthcare to escape unscrupulous and inept agencies that promise more than they can deliver.

In 2004, JUNO's revenue built up momentum and gained a 305% revenue growth. Nurses came in droves to attend JUNO's nationwide recruitment seminars in the Philippines. In October, JUNO-California office was formally opened. With new office in Los Angeles, JUNO covers both the East and West Coast. By this time JUNO Healthcare is already known for its impeccable service. JUNO's nurses enjoy no placement fee, a fast hiring process, flexible placement options, free licensure assistance, board/certification exams assistance, fully paid comprehensive healthcare policy, and an incredible support system.

By January 2005, JUNO's revenue rose up to 305% for the previous fiscal year. The company began honoring productive employees by launching the President's Purple Society awards with two honorees to date, Maria Theresa Pe and Maluh Silvano, who both received a brand new car, cash prize and other gifts.

In 2006, JUNO's growth reached 392% opening two opportunities for the company. JUNO Media Production (JUMP) Ceatives, JUNO's PR and Advertising department as launched into a separate company in March, and JUNO Healthcare Staffing was opened in Phoenix, Arizona in October.

In 2007, JUNO demonstrated investiture and rapid expansion. JUNO-San Diego California was opened in April while JUNO-Connecticut was established in June. These two offices serve to augment JUNO's efforts to help alleviate the nursing shortage in the US. Moreover, the last quarter of 2007 unveiled another opportunity for JUNO Group of Companies' expansive growth. In October 2007, JUNO Call Center Philippines, Inc. was established to best serve healthcare professionals and client facilities who needed customer service assistance most especially after business hours.

In 2008, JUNO was blessed with recognitions and multiple privileges. In April, Entrepreneur Magazine ranked JUNO Healthcare Staffing as one of the Hot 100 Fast-Growing Businesses in America out of the nearly 21 million companies in the US. Furthermore, JUNO earned one of the most sought-after accreditations by healthcare organizations in the country given by JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization)known as the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval on May 12, 2008.
