This article does not include any photographs, but it does include a chart to help explain certain studies done on this policing tactic and the outcomes of the studies. The article does a fine job of explaining what P.O.P. is, but more sources would surely help make it better. It will be well-developed when more citations and sources are added, as well as neutralizing the article to not make it seem so one-sided.
