- Increase real GDP per capita to Dhs. 162,000($44,000) in 2015.
- Increase productivety by 4 % per annum.
- Create new sectors of strength with sustainable competitive advantage.
- Promote innovation to develop new sectors and increase productivity.
The Economical strategic plan of Dubai is based on 6 building blocks, which are Tourism, trade, transportation, and financial services on the back of human capoital , productivety, innovation, cost of living and doing bussiness, Quality of life, and laws and regulations. - Revice immegration and policies and regulations in order to maintain demographics balance.
- Increase the semnce of local culture and the other major cultures by updating the content of the educational curriculum.
- Improve Arabic language profession.
- Increse the national's participation in the workforce and society.
- Support nationals so that they become the preferred employees in strategic seco\tors theough education and skills development.

For the last 10 years Dubai has became the important tourist destinaion in the world, Dubai has been ranked 8th in the list of most visited cities.Investment on large scale on different projects in Dubai has give rise to the contruction brust on large scale in Dubai. One of the many projects, which are carried out in Dubai is the Dubai Metro project which aims to improve the transport facility in Dubai, it costs approx $ 4 billion.Different road network projects are currently under construction in Dubai worth AED 6 billion[5].
