Chicago Native and citizen of the whole of the U.S., Carl Oscar Isaacson is proud son of Swedish born father (Oscar) and German-American mother (Ruth Sembach).

Born and raised in Chicago for the first 17 years of his life, he left for Augustana College, Rock Island, IL in 1967, and almost never came back.

After a long trek through the United States, he settled in Lindsborg, Kansas (Little Sweden, U.S.A.) Here he teaches communication studies, including Public Speaking and Rhetoric and Mass Media. --OskarKarl (talk) 13:45, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
