Park Min-ki (Korean: 박민기, born April 17, 2000),[1] better known by his online alias Viol2t (pronounced "Violet"), is a South Korean professional Overwatch player.

Career

San Francisco Shock

Viol2t signed with the San Francisco Shock in October 2018, ahead of the 2019 Overwatch League season.[2] He was suspended by the league for the first two games of the season for account boosting.[3]

On July 27, 2020, the Shock fined and suspended Viol2t for their match against the Houston Outlaws on August 1 due to inflammatory comments he made while streaming and playing Overwatch.[4][5] He made a public apology two days later.[6]

Houston Outlaws

Viol2t signed with the Houston Outlaws for the 2023 season.[7] In an interview with esports news outlet GGRecon, he explained that he left the Shock because his expectations for the new players were not met, and he believed a change of environment with the Houston Outlaws would benefit both parties.[8]
