List of organisms named after fictional characters

In Taxonomy, organisms are sometimes given names that are in reference to fictional characters. Krown as eponymous taxa they are taxon (e.g species, genus, etc; plural: taxa) that are named in honor of a different entity. Scientific names are typically given formally in peer-reviewed in scientific papers or in monographs with descriptions of said taxa to differentiate them from other taxa.
