The lead included a description of the definition, and included information about the sections. The lead is concise and not overly detailed. I think it would be a good idea to add a couple new sections to this article, since it is kind of hard to read for anyone who does not know a lot about neurochemistry. You could potentially add a section about the research of this receptor, especially if there is anything new. There were a few sentences throughout the article about research, but I think it would be beneficial to make a portion about it. I like that you added a section about the receptor in physiological and pathological conditions, since that information is very relevant to the topic and easier for people to understand. You could add information about the prevalence of these diseases and the specific populations that are affected by them. I do think that your added information made the article more well rounded and more complete. All of the information was references properly. I would say the only weakness to the article is how hard it is to understand. I think going through the article and trying to simplify some of the harder information would be very helpful to future readers.
