Onandjaba village
History
Linguistically Onandjaba name was derived from Oshimbadja the language they speak,that means an
traditional review on History Journal (2000), Onandjaba is under the authority of King Matias Walaula and he took over from the previous leader that was ruling during colonial apartheid in the early 1969.[1]

The Census 2011 indicated that there are 5200 people living in the village of Onandjaba, with 2400 male and 2800 female and unemployment rate of 68%. Adding on to this there is seven (6) schools in the town of Onandjaba including Haudano SSS which is the only high school in the town. [3]
