The primary table is the table in the section titled "List of state applications for an Article V convention". The main problem I have with this table is that many of the hyperlinks in this table's "Receipt by Congress" column are broken hyperlinks. This relates to the section on this talk page titled "Foa5c.org -- Broken website". For the sake of readability, and for the sake of lacking broken hyperlinks, let's change the cells in the "Receipt by Congress" column in such a way that those cells use the <ref>{{cite ...|...}}</ref> syntax.
