Kokusai himitsu keisatsu: Shirei dai hachigo (国際秘密警察 指令第8号, International Secret Police: Interpol Code 8), also known as Order #8, is a 1963 Japanese comedy-spy film directed by Toshio Sugie.[1] It is the first installment of five films in the "Kokusai himitsu keisatsu" series, a parody of James Bond-style spy movies.

Plot

Vietnamese construction investigator Quyen was assassinated in

Saigon, South Vietnam, and Akimoto, a Japanese trading company employee who had been in contact with the government official, disappeared after arriving at the Haneda Airport as he is carrying a tape recording contains a secret conversation between the smuggler and NVA
officers. .

Jiro Kitami was dispatched to Japan from the International Secret Police (I.S.P.) Headquarters in Paris to investigate the whereabouts of Rudolf Kent, a German-American merchant and leader of the smuggling ring gang. Together with Akimoto's colleague and employee agent Natsuo Ezaki, they must stop the Kent Gang from shipping weapons to the Viet Congs.
