Estrone:Estradiol (E2:E1) Ratio
A large amount of estradiol consumed sublingually, and especially
competitive antagonism. but a high estrone ratio is linked to reduced skeletal growth in pubertal boys and insulin resistance in PCOS.[2][3] [4]
The ratio is also known to be higher in early female puberty, and lower in the later stages.
