Basic Philosophy
Don't quote rules, explain them. It works better. And never, ever tell someone that they shouldn't edit Wikipedia. The whole point of Wikipedia is that "anybody can edit" it. If someone has done something egregiously wrong, report it to an administrator. Otherwise, you are
attacking them personally
by telling them to leave.
