Dr. Ron Shane is a mystical visionary, a metaphysical writer, ^[1],and an energy medicine optimal health practitioner.^[2] as well as an esoteric yoga master, and seventh degree Tae Kwon Do black belt^[3]. He is an expert in different strategies to induce ontological genesis^[4]. This rock performer and poetic artist was a university instructor of English literature and social psychology, and currently is a medical practitioner and researcher in molecular biology. Dr. Shane is a world leading authority on Dianic mysticism^[5] and the energy arts.

Biography

Dr. Shane grew up in Southern California in the late 1950’s. He graduated in psychology with high honors from California State University – Northridge, where Dr. Shane also received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology. This scholar in the humanities and social sciences completed a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and English Literature. His dissertation dealt with the metaphysics of nineteenth century English Romantic Literature, especially William Blake. He constructed a paradigm where the outward persona deleteriously annuls the etheric proclivities of the body’s interior energy dynamics. Dr. Shane was accepted for post-doctoral study at U.C.L.A.’s Renaissance Institute, where he was engaged in ardent study in Renaissance literature and theatre, with an emphasis on Shakespeare and Edmund Spenser under the aegis of Professor Michael Allen, from Oxford University. Dr. Allen is a recognized world renowned scholar in mysticism and Neo-Platonism in the Renaissance.

In the mid 1980’s, Dr. Share earned an M.F.A. degree equivalent in video-directing while doing post-doctoral research at U.C.L.A. He extensively studies with Peter Guber, the former President of Sony Pictures, and a very celebrated film producer. Dr. Shane’s theatrical directing acumen was lauded at U.C.L.A. He directed many full length Shakespearean productions as well as producing and directing his own unique artful videos. His artistic productions were inspired by ancient Greek Dionysian theatre which incorporates dance and poetry with inordinate mystical proclivities. Dr. Shane likewise studied with Joseph Campbell, as with Dr. Norman O. Brown. Dr. Shane has also earned the status of Kundalini Yoga Master.

From the late 1980’s to early 1990s, Dr. Shane was a faculty member in the English Department at San Diego State University, where he taught Shakespeare and 19th Century British Romanticism. Moreover, at this time, Dr. Shane established himself as a rock poet and a lead singer in various hard rock bands, where he was involved in many concert performances. He was also engaged in post-doctoral study in cross cultural shamanism at U.C.S.D. while concurrently studying medicine at this academic institution. He was promoted to Research Scholar under the direction of world renowned scientist, Dr. George Koob, while researching neuroendocrinology. Dr. Shane completed most of the required graduate courses in neuroscience, molecular biology, medical science, and neuro-endocrinology while he was a research scholar at U.C.S.D.

Current Work

Dr. Shane is currently a major contributor to the Age Management Journal ^[6], with over 120 published articles on a diverse array of medical issues including stem cell research.^[7]. He also contributes articles to the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.^[8]. He has been a lecturer at many medical conferences nationwide^[9] and is a recognized leading authority in optimal medicine and age management protocols. In addition, he has advanced training at U.C.S.D. in internal medicine. Dr. Shane is regarded as a major researcher in cosmetic medicine. Furthermore he has written a plethora of medical articles in regenerative cosmetic energy and optimal medicine.

Dr. Shane has a doctor’s degree in Oriental Medicine ^[10] and alternative medicinal protocols, writing a thesis on the prodigious powers of the mental eye, or what is referred to as Raja Yoga. He is currently director of the Zen Beauty Institute^[11], which enables patients to achieve external beauty as well as inward mystical genesis. Dr. Shane has completed more than 25 books in a diverse array of disciplines, which range from works on regenerative medicine to ontological genesis in the mystical arts. Some of his books include: The Twenty First Century Urban Warrioress ^[12], Art of Energy, The Mystical Erotic, The Neurobiology of Consciousness, The Wind of Power, The Zen of Love, and Blake's Mythic Conception. Furthermore, he has written many other books and articles on martial arts, Taoism, Esoteric Yoga, cross training regimes, western integrative medicine, endocrinology, neuroscience, optimal health, and tantric yoga.

Dr. Shane is an energy master and a seventh degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He has studied with the leading experts in ITF Tae Kwon Do, and currently is associated with Grand Master Hwang, the highest recognized ITF Tae Kwon Do black belt in the world. He is regarded by his peers as a leading expert in the internal aspects of Tae Kwon Do, having written many articles for Tae Kwon Do Times ^{[13] [14]}. His Seventh Degree Thesis is the most comprehensive text on the metaphysiological processes of the ethereal body. ^[15]
