I was born and grew up in Long Beach, CA. I have an MSBA from USC Marshall and I'm active in city and county history. I'm not sure I'll have time to really be involved in Wikipedia, but I use it so often that I think I should try contribute a little (at least more than the anonymous minor edits I've done in the past).
