Nominations now open for "Military historian of the year" and "Military history newcomer of the year" awards

Nominations for our annual Military historian of the year and Military history newcomer of the year awards are open until 23:59 (GMT) on 15 December 2018. Why don't you nominate the editors who you believe have made a real difference to the project in 2018? MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:26, 3 December 2018 (UTC)

Question

Hi, I hope you don't think of this as 'badgering', but I just wanted to ask you about the '!vote' you posted at milhist. You didn't add any rationale for it, and considering the lengthy and impressive involvement you've had with the project over the years, I was curious about your reasoning for wanting a change. I imagine some others might as well, so I figured I'd ask. I'm doing so on your talk page instead of there so that if you don't have anything further to add (and would like to be left alone), then the matter can rest here. Thanks & Cheers -

  • No. I thought someone else was going to nominate, that is why I left it there. Adamdaley (talk) 21:11, 19 December 2018 (UTC)
  • Apologies. I didn't study the history closely enough. I'll query the creator. Gog the Mild (talk) 21:15, 19 December 2018 (UTC)
