What was wrong with the style I used in that article?

Hello Ade oshineye !
I have uploaded your image of Posy Simmonds on Commons (here). Unfortunately, they have to delete it, because the link indicates that you're not the image is protected by copyrigth (see here) and that you're not the author of this photograph. I suppose you made a mistake when uploading it, for I saw on Flickr your own photograph (this one) which is very well too and under a better license. Sorry for my english.

At the time I uploaded the photo (at the request of Posy Simmonds's people) that photo was appropriately licensed on Flickr. It seems they've changed the license afterwards.
