Via Giulia

Hallo Adonia

Thank you for your kind message. To give credit where credit is due, my article originated as a translation of the corresponding German wikipedia article. As is often the case, however, the German article lacked reliable sources and the entire historical part was very poor, so now we can say that the historic part is mine, while the 'walk' along Via Giulia is closer to the original, but now with decent sources.

I have written several articles on Rome and Istanbul. In particular, I am slowly covering almost the entire Borgo district. If you are interested in the Roman Renaissance, the article on Borgo Nuovo might interest you. This was a Renaissance street that was destroyed by Mussolini in the 1930s. I am particularly proud of it because, unlike Via Giulia, it is little known, but it is worth preserving its memory. Bonne soirée! Alex2006 (talk) 16:01, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You have really done a great job! I am Roman, but I live in Switzerland. I haven't been to Rome for a year and a half because of the pandemic, I used to go there at least every two months. I too write articles about the city, but rather as a way of getting over the nostalgia...Bye~, Alex2006 (talk) 17:40, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
