Hello. Before making potentially controversial edits, such as those you made to Lamar Hunt, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Otherwise, people might consider your edits to be vandalism. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 06:17, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source for Image:Detroit Game 4 086.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Detroit Game 4 086.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{

Uploading your images

First, wikipedia isn't the best place to upload your pics. This is the best place here [1]. If you upload it there it'll be available to all the wikipedia's not just the one you uploaded it too. If you unify you account here (Wikipedia:Unified login) you'll be able to use you wikipedia account there by using the same Username and password. Now, once you have an commons account go to the website and click upload file, in the left hand sidebar, just like you did for wikipedia. Now you click "It is entirely my own work" then the page will look like wikipedia's and make sure you fill out the Licensing part. This will release the copyright to your choosing allowing it to be on wikipedia, just remember this must be your own work. Now upload it. Now wikipedia will have the same file under the same name as the one you uploaded to the commons.wikimedia.org (link here[2]).
