Just a note to explain what I meant about more content in the lead. What I meant was that additions to the lead need to be more based on the extensive content of the main article, a summary of the course of her life and career, instead of just adding in what sources say about how great she is. The Rolling Stone list is already covered in the article in the section "Awards and accolades".

WP:LEAD says a lead should summarize the content of the article as a whole. It's not that I object to the Rolling Stone list, it's simply that it is already in there. However, the article on RS doesn't say "greatest female singer and performer of all time, it just includes her on the list of greatest singers. Wildhartlivie (talk) 18:28, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply
