Sie, I had mistakenly tried to upload a link in wikipedia without knowing the consequence. I vow, not to make such mistake any further. You say that you made a mistake, but then go on to say that you will keep doing what it is that you got blocked for. As you don't understand the reason for the block, there is no cause to remove it, and as such I am declining your request.
