Most specifically, are you aware that Wikipedia is not a place to promote your photography? Also, are you aware that uploading images to Wikimedia Commons makes them fair use? You need to read over this to make sure that this is really what you want here, as making them fair use means that you can't really profit off of them anymore. Offhand this doesn't seem like it's really the right place to upload your work, as you're really not supposed to put watermarks on images on Wikipedia using the copyrights we use here. Uploading images to Wikimedia Commons is not the same thing as uploading them to Flickr, where you would still retain full copyright of your material.
