Oh Ok, no problem. I am actually putting the same request out on a couple of forums. The history is rather murky, and some of it is disputable as well, so it may take some time. I could put up some information right now, but I want to ensure it is as accurate as possible. If I cannot get solid references, I will create a web page and link to that instead.
