The Wikipedia logo is a trademarked and copyrighted image and it is not available under the GFDL or GPL licenses: see
fair use images on user pages. Therefore you cannot use this image on your userpage. It is surprising to me that a "new" user would start their Wikipedia editing by vandalizing a community project then start quoting the GFDL.
