Result summary boxes
Evening Bouncelot.
A good rule of thumb for the result summary boxes is - if the result is notable, put them in. This starts to bend a little with those exceptions which come along to test the rules - this year's Irish general election, for example, and most European Parliament elections. I would always stick with the three parties that hold the leading positions in the specific contest at hand. Any additional parties can then be added on merit - do they have comparable seats or percentage vote share? Have they made significant gains - or indeed losses? Fixed rules tend not to work - elections like to behave on their own rules that way doktorb wordsdeeds 21:53, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
