You posted a contested deletion message at Talk:Catholic Church in Texas. Since that talk page is likely to be soon deleted, I'll duplicate your post here, and then post my response:

As the largest religious group in the second largest state in the country, I believe this article deserves to be created. The current pages of the 15 TX dioceses provide an overly disaggregated view of an important institution in Texas. Clearly this page is not complete and if the site's policy is to delete it at this point, I understand. If this seems repetitive compared the US Church page, it was because I was using that page as a beginning point for the Texas church page.
I will review the policies of the site and build up to getting the substance on the page so that I can start over in the near future. — Preceding unsigned comment added by C-Gar Emporium (talkcontribs)
This article might deserve to be created (I reserve judgment on that matter for now), but certainly if it does deserve an article, it deserves one that isn't just a verbatim copy of Catholic Church in the United States. Write a new article only about the Catholic Church in Texas, and there might be something to be said. Again, I reserve judgement, as there is not an article about the Catholic Church in any other state, and it is not clear that the history of the Catholic Church in Texas is so unique as to merit separating it from the overall topic of the Catholic Church in the United States.
