Nice work evaluating the content of the Lowell mill girls article! You noted how missing citations are flagged, a problem that definitely needs addressing. I would say that the article covers an underrepresented group -- women -- because women (and women's history) are quite underrepresented on Wikipedia, making this project all the more important to pursue.
