It is felt that the article you created at

Humphrey Davies is not suitable for a Wikipedia article, which must have a notable subject and be verifiable. I have moved it to User:Chadibaggio
, which is where users are free to write about themselves. You are at liberty to move it back into the (Main) namespace but bear in mind that if you do so, it is likely to be nominated for deletion.

Note, however, that the purpose of a user page is to enable active editors of Wikipedia to introduce themselves to other editors.

Wikipedia is not a general hosting service
, so your user page is not a personal homepage. Content unrelated to Wikipedia or its editing is likely to be removed.

Please see

Am not Dr. Humphrey Davies, and what you thought as signature was just mentioning the source, because what he wrote was, and stills, unpublished.

Signing comments as other people

Please, when you sign comments on talk or other pages, use your own name, not other people's names. You have now signed "Chadibaggio" on two different pages but linked that signature to my user page in each case. Another editor has corrected one instance, I have corrected another. Please sign your own comments with your own name. Wikipedia makes this easy to do. You place ~~~~ at the end of what you have to say. The system does the rest. Doing what you have done implies that I am the person who has made the comments, which is not the case. Fiddle Faddle 08:36, 15 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
