Hi, in you edit comment on Karma (2024 song), you mentioned, "Removed link to music video for Karma's a Bitch by Brit Smith as it leads to an account that is impersonating her (re-uploading her old music and videos from her Instagram and TikTok) and this may be misleading as people might think that it's her actual YouTube channel when that is not the case. As of now the music video has yet to be officially released." Can you please provide the evidence for this statement? -- User:WoodElf 08:19, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Channel was created a month ago, all the videos that aren't music are re-uploaded from her TikTok (where she is verified). Weird thumbnails for every video that scream someone that is trying way to hard to look professional. All the videos have this weird #thecomeback hashtag that Brit Smith doesn't use on her other socials. The latest short on the channel did something sneaky, they cropped the recent duet she did on TikTok and added a new caption. Not to mention she has a real YouTube channel (youtube.com/@britsmith) with videos from 13+ years ago. I'm honestly surprised how many people think it's really her. Hopefully someone can bring it to her attention. ChaiJax (talk) 19:17, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The only time the video was released in any "official" capacity was on Super77's Vimeo channel. Super77 is the motion graphics and design firm that created the visuals for the video. ChaiJax (talk) 20:17, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Alright, thanks for the information. I'll keep the link off the article until we get independent confirmation from Brit directly or a reputed news source. --User:WoodElf 22:50, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
