Federalist Party Logo

Hi - can you recall where you got the scanned Federalist Party Logo? There is some unusual cropping and blurring and I'd like to get a better scan if possible. Also - this picture says it's a B/W photo of a painting, however it appears to be a color scan of a book which contains a B/W photo.
