Please stop removing "women" from medical articles about women's health

Wikipedia does not appear to have guidelines for using gendered language, but the APA recommends that inclusive language be utilized (see heading "Sexual orientation and gender diversity"). Updating language to reflect physical attributes rather than gender is not only a more accurate description of people affected by certain health conditions—PCOS is more common in trans men then the general afab population—but it increases access to health care. Wikipedia uses its own guidelines. Until there is an established
