Doesn't appear to meet
WP:ANYBIO. On a search that included archives at newspapers.com, I mostly found trivial mentions of the "William K. Tell Jr. said such and such" type. Aside from his obituary (which are primary sources since they are typically written by family) I found nothing substantially about him. The sources in the article are not independent (they are produced by entities associated to the subject) and do not indicate notability.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
